Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are very fine and single-use. Most people feel only a light prick or a dull, heavy sensation at the point, and many find the session relaxing.
Can acupuncture help with migraines?
Acupuncture is commonly used to support people with frequent headaches and migraines. Dr. Elias reviews your history first to rule out causes that need other care.
Can acupuncture help with period pain or menopause?
Many women use acupuncture for PMS, painful periods and menopause symptoms. It works alongside, not instead of, follow-up with your gynecologist.
Is acupuncture suitable for everyone?
Not always. Let us know if you are pregnant, take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, and we will check suitability during your assessment.
Can I combine acupuncture with other treatments?

How many sessions will I need?
