What is lymphatic drainage massage?
It is a light, slow massage technique that encourages lymph fluid to move toward the lymph nodes. It is much gentler than a deep tissue massage.
Does lymphatic drainage hurt?
No. The pressure is very light, and most people find the session deeply relaxing.
Can lymphatic drainage help after liposuction or surgery?
It is often used to support recovery from swelling after cosmetic surgery, but only with your surgeon's approval. Please tell us about any recent surgery so we can check suitability first.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Some conditions, such as an active infection, a blood clot or certain heart or kidney conditions, need medical clearance. We check your health before starting.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
