WESTERN BIOMECHANICAL WORK:

The body is perceived in its physical integrity, working as a logical and autonomous mechanical whole.

The body is perceived in its physical integrity, working as a logical and autonomous mechanical whole. In biomechanical work, dysfunction and pain are results of total immobility or decreased mobility in the tissues, articulations, joints, spine, or any part of the body, whereby the treatment's goal is to give back mobility . This maps out the body as a structural unit, including mechanical, functional, and postural alignment in upholding good health.

To trigger and restore balance, several techniques are applied in the healing process such as:

PHYSICAL THERAPY

A healthcare profession primarily concerned with the remediation of:

- Impairments and disabilities
- The promotion of mobility
- Functional ability
- Quality of life
- Movement potential through examination, evaluation, physical intervention, rehabilitation, postural realignment, muscle strengthening and proprioception .

OSTEOPATHY

A manipulative technique restoring and maintaining harmony between all the structures of the body that influence our organic functions:

Every tension has repercussions on the whole organism. I read these repercussions and follow through all the way to the root cause that began this domino effect.

MESOTHERAPY

I take the same technique conventionally used for aesthetic reasons but apply it for a medical purpose: to rejuvenate the depth of the articulation by using:

-Ozone O3 which procures a huge flush of oxygen to the muscles and tissues, that have a deep lack of oxygen when inflamed or spasmatic.

-Plasma de quinton since it is 100% similar to human plasma, and contains all the elements that constitute the articulation which procures all the elements of the reparatory system to build up the damaged area.

MENTORING

Mentoring is a development technique that utilise the skills of listening, questioning, clarifying and reframing, and share one-to-one conversations as the main interaction technique in order to enhance an individuals' skills, knowledge or work performance.
